Digital File Specifications
(ALL requirements of specs must be met or additional charges will be incurred)

MACINTOSH:

  • Image Files: Macintosh Pixel Files - EPS, PHOTOSHOP (flatted fonts), TIFF, JPEG (Highest Quality Setting - Do Not Compress)
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% for color or Greyscale; 1,200 DPI for Black and White
    Bleed: Image to extend at least .125" (1/8") on all sides along cut edges.
  • Vector: EPS, ILLUSTRATOR (preferred), FREEHAND
  • Programs Preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express
  • Media Preferred: CD or E-mail/FTP
  • Text Only: Any Text from any Mac program (be sure to include any fonts used)

IBM/PC:

  • Image Files (ONLY): Pixel Files - EPS, PHOTOSHOP (flatted fonts), TIFF, JPEG (Highest Quality Setting - Do Not Compress)
    Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% for color or Greyscale; 1,200 DPI for Black and White
    Bleed: Image to extend at least .125" (1/8") on all sides along cut edges.
  • Vector: EPS, ILLUSTRATOR (Ai)
  • Programs Preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express
  • Text: MS Word
  • FONTS: PC/IBM Fonts (Use True Type and send or create outlines when possible)
  • Media Preferred: CD or E-mail/FTP
